All work is performed or reviewed by licensed Professional Engineers (PE), Structural Engineers (SE), and stamped drawings are provided where required.

Yes. All drawings, letters, and reports can be signed, sealed, and stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer / Structural Engineer for the states in which we are registered. Stamped drawings can be used for permitting, contractor coordination, and plan reviews.
Yes. We can work directly with your architect, engineer, contractor, or the permitting office when needed to help ensure a smooth approval process.
Yes. We perform full structural code analysis including wind load, seismic load, snow load, foundation design, lateral systems, and load path coordination as code, location and/or project(s) require.
Yes. Walls, columns, beams, trusses, floor systems, and foundations. We design reinforcement or replacement solutions.
Yes. We assess damage and provide stamped repair plans for contractors and insurance companies.
